A discovery-tour.....As I wrote yesterday, the weatherforecasts for this weekend claimed lots of bad weather. It wasn't until yesterday evening, that the weather turned bad, however. Surprisingly we even had the first lightning and thunder followed by hail (you could literally hear it approaching). This morning we had a beautiful sky (in spite of the forecasts): Blue with wonderful clouds. At 8 am I grabbed my backpack, a bottle of water, some food and my camera, left home at 8.20 am for a hike along the Aare (next to the Rhine and Rhône the 3rd major river in Switzerland), from which I only live in a distance of some 200m. Although I've been living here for about 23 years now, I discovered many new things. Okay, things also have changed somewhat: Wetlands have been created, 2 suspension bridges have been built, some regions have been re-naturated (breeding places for frogs, ducks, swans, new fish-stairs).
I found small ponds, saw ducks, swans, herons (very shy), some buds were already opening.... And
